Visualizing Technology
For the launch of MizunoUSA.com, Mizuno chose 5 top technologies they wanted to showcase across their product line. It was up to me to give these technologies context, and also visually explain how they work.
I shot the VFX plates and B-reel for the videos with a RED camera and 7D. These videos were ultimately cut because of budget changes focused on social.
I began by researching the technologies, and as art director illustrated and composited mockups to find a style that we could use to explain the subtleties of Mizuno's patents.
